Dishwasher/Prep Person (Portland) compensation: $14 to $15 + cash tips all BOH receive tips of 5% of food sales employment type: full-time The Eastburn Public House is a PDX institution open for over 13 years and we love it here. We currently we are looking for a Dishwasher/Prep Person who wants to learn and takes pride in keeping a clean dish-pit, as well as spot-on execution of prep recipes and during dinner service preparing a few of our appetizers for our guest. Ideally someone who would like to learn and advance in their career and become a line cook. You won't find better place to work with fun loving people. This position is a Night Shift Full time position at 38 to 40 hours a week plus cash tips Team player who can jump in where needed, keep up on dishes, knock out apps and do minor prep Requirements: Oregon food handler's card. Reliable transportation. All shifts are nights A good attitude. Cleanliness in both appearance and how you keep your work station. Experience working in a professional kitchen.
