Hi looking for a very handsome brown skin guy that would always ride a bike around the Echo Park library vicinity, he had dark hair short cut, muscular brown skin, visible tattoo in the back of his neck, we would always share glances and smiles but he has not been around in a while? I think of him frequently and hope he is alive or not in jail.
