Property Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Person - Level II Campus Connection Property Management has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician Level II. * Campus Connection is a rapidly expanding property management firm dedicated to better management practices and service for our tenants and owners. This position requires prior maintenance or general construction/repair experience. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and efficient. GENERAL JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE General home repair and maintenance Scheduling assigned repairs with tenants Drywall repair Painting Carpentry Basic plumbing Basic electrical Cleaning and maintaining grounds Responding to emergencies Periodic on-call nights and weekends Applicants with stronger backgrounds in specific trades frequently utilized by our property management company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pest control, painting, etc) are encouraged to apply, even if you do not have overall general "handy-person" experience. APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO Work both independently and as a member of a team effectively Take direction from a supervisor Demonstrate customer service skills Demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity at all times Take initiative and anticipate problems Demonstrate professional appearance and good hygiene at all times Climb ladders Routinely carry items weighing 50-90lbs Operate hand and power tools Demonstrate strong organization in the scheduling and prioritization of work orders We require applicants to have a smart-phone, their own truck or working vehicle, basic tools and a valid driver's license with proper auto insurance. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
