We are 2/3 of a trio, looking for the final puzzle piece. Collectively we play a variety of percussion and world instruments. What we’re looking for in you: - For the sake of ease, live on the Westside. Our gigs and practice take place here. - Adept, willing to learn and take initiative. - Play percussion (bonus points for Middle Eastern drums) AND something else. We like variety! While an accordion might not be a good fit, a flute may. We play iqa’at and maqamat. It sounds more exotic than it is. You’ll pick it up easily! We are solely looking for another female musician, with respect for our audiences and the more intimate gigs we play. If you are unable to commit to joining a group, but would still like to play with us, we may be open to guest musicians in future. Please be clear about your abilities both musically and energetically.
