Hello and we have run a cpl similar ads that worked some but sadly 9 of 10 guys do not read the entire ad or respond with specifics they can ACTUALLY DO WELL. Sadly, a fair mount we did meet or hire, did less than quality work, are LOUSY at communication, lied about their skills or ripped us off. One nut even claimed I had 3 FBI agents follow him into Lowes to get materials = Coocoo. So please read the entire ad and do not waste are time if you’re not able to walk your talk. > We have removed our garage door on our 19’ x 11’ Sgl car garage. (SEE PIC) and the new workout / hangout room (old single car garage) is 80% done and 6 of the 7 diamond plate 4x8 sheets are up and cabinets are partially done. I had a talented carpenter doing the project that said he wanted to start his own biz and he go a good part done and then just stopped communicating = weird. We are 8wks behind because of all the losers and rip-offs on CL. So, if you are experienced, serious, and not into games or B.S. great, because we do not have time to waste considering. Here is a partial list of the things we need done Quickly and if you are fair priced, have good character and professionalism. It is Guaranteed you can dam near stay busy working within this community year-round. (I can explain why) NOTE: We are looking for someone to finish the workout room ASAP starting Mon 21st if possible sinc ethe other guy left us hanging. What's in part mostly left in their is: Cut and glue Diamond plate to wall + Install plantations shutter over window + trim door some + finish installing cabinets + help cut and glue to floor 3) 4' x 20' rolls of rubber flooring like in gyms. And make a 6' bar top and install on piano hinge plus a few other things. Here are list of other Projects (Ones with * we would like to do sooner than later. 1) * We have a Hiseeu Security system that is hooked up + Stereo surround sound system and a smart TV that we need help with + hooking up a Dongle, so we can get YouTube videos. Plus help us with understanding and fine tuning, so they are all working well. 2) We need a 8’W x 7’H x 40”D shed built on back of our home. 3) Done 4) Prep 6’ x 6’ area for about 8 pavers and set. 5) Wood worker Cabinet person. We have a 120gal Aquarium and would like 2 nicer doors put on and make a surround to go over to top to clean it up some. 6) Help create - re-design or find a system for 2 closets that increase storage space. 7) We need help with digging up and re-planting some small shrubs that died and using bricks and timber kits from Lowes to build a garden area. We live in SE Scottsdale and Pay is Negotiable, so you can bid some or we are able to pay $18 -$30 and hour depending on you efficiency, skill and project.
