I need 3 New realtors, 3 New Brokers, and 6 who have been over 1 year

Not really sure how this post is going to work, but here goes. I need 3 New Realtors licensed, 3 New Brokers Licensed, and total of 6 experienced over 1 year minimum broker/realtor. It's going to be an audio recording that we do in- person. Prefer in person. Now - your probably asking yourself, and why would I want to do this with you?? Great question !! A: For the past 2 years I've worked thru and attended Grant Cardone's Marketing and Sales 10x which flight, hotels, and cost alone are literally at $25,000 to join these programs on top of Cardone U. Question: Ok, so still, why do this with you ? A: Well instead of spending endless hours (somewhere near 1000 hours to 10,000 hours of shifting thru information on your own) I have done all that for you. Question: So what are you talking about here ? I'm talking that in place of your time, we do an audio conversation keen to questions your future clients ask in there own head sitting at home; which you could then upload on your home page for clients to hear - and in return - I'll give you what you need to grow your sales, close/negogiate deals, market properties and yourself, and grow yourself bigger than what you are today 10x. Question: Ok, so it sounds good. But is it really worth the time, and btw- who are you ?? A: I've worked for multiple companies throughout L.A and San Francsisco. With over 17 years of sales- btw- the real sales, cold calling, one call close, and all that good stuff. I've learned one thing. It's not just how hard you work or great you sound, but what your saying and how much of it your saying. You will leave with exactly what you need to do for marketing, creating online business presence so clients go with your services, and negotiating even stronger for anyone who ever calls you. On top of that, bonuses will include information about putting properties that other realtors don't want under contract and how to sell those immediately. Point is - Unless your making over at least $2 million or more a year, this is something I'd take advantage of. I just came back to San Diego because of the pandemic. All vaccinated and heading back to L.A in a few weeks. I really don't care if 1 person is daring enough or 12. I promise you this. Go on a leap of faith.
