Job description – Lighting Assembler Hourly wage: $16-$20 doe Hours needed: 24-40 (full or part-time) 7am-3pm Position details: We are a small lighting manufacturer that makes custom chandeliers, pendants, and sconces for the design community. We’re looking for someone who lives in the north Phoenix area to join our team assembling lighting fixtures. We need someone that has great attendance, is detail oriented, and has critical thinking skills. Past experience with electrical, low voltage electrical work, assembly, use of basic hand tools, metal work, mechanic or handyman work is a plus. We’re also willing to train. Traits needed: • Must be proficient with basic hand tools • Good attendance • Follows directions, not afraid to ask questions • Detail oriented Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assembling, wiring, and testing of fixtures to provided UL standards • Bending, cutting, drilling, grinding raw materials • Soldering • Maintaining the integrity of finishes on products during assembly.
