Home Solutionz is a licensed, bonded and insured flooring company that has been in business for over 18 years with offices in Arizona and Utah. We not only specialize in residential and commercial flooring, but we also service countertops, showers, backsplashes and tile wall installation. Our projects spread across Maricopa County! With growth and expansion upon us, we are looking to hire a full time warehouse/field manager. Duties include but are not limited to: *Warehouse organization *Forklift operation *Inventory *Load/Unload material *Ensure cleanliness and safety *Assist in jobsite inspections *Assist in change orders *Confirm product, direction and pattern when discrepancies arise *Hold installers to highest standards *Customer service and support *In home face of the company to support installation staff *Assist in measuring discrepancies *Delivering additional product as necessary The ideal candidate will have: *Forklift experience *Field management/warehouse experience *Valid drivers license *Reliable transportation *Reliable tools Monday - Friday work week BONUS Structure, PTO, Employee Purchasing Program, Medical & Dental Insurance If you are interested, please send resume or letter of interest detailing your experience to Amber at [email protected].
