Hours:
You will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, Sunday thru Thursday. The work schedule is flexible between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Needed Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
Basic plumbing knowledge.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Painting and drywall experience a plus.
Duties:
Comply with safety regulations, including maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on plant facilities.
Snake drains and other minor plumbing repair.
Inspect lighting and change light bulbs.
Minor dry walling, painting, and wood staining.
Minor gate and lock repairs.
Experience:
Two years apartment or other related facilities maintenance.
