Cooks- $14-$17/Hour-Depending On Experience Dishwashers- $12-$14/Hour Depending On Experience Seeking well motivated culinary minded individuals with experience and desire for scratch cooking. Candidates must have excellent knife, communication, fabrication and sanitation skills and be self motivated with desire to handle responsibility. Must have experience with preparation and execution of salad, pantry, fry, saute and grill stations as well as knowledge of cooking techniques. Culinary degree preferred but not necessary for knowledgeable candidates. Excellent opportunity with rapidly expanding Arcis Golf company with focus on experiential dining. Competitive hourly wages, 401k, health insurance, and PTO available for vested employees. Specific Positions- Breakfast Cook- Hours will run 6am-2pm full or part time weekend Friday-Sunday. Must have excellent fresh egg cookery skills with ability to prep, set up, execute breakfast and assist lunch. Awesome fit for weekend warrior breakfast foodie. A La Carte Line Cooks- Pm Full time shift for extensive experienced leader with pro skills on grill, saute, pantry, fry and have excellent communication and organization skills. Must be able to direct through busy service and watch ticket times and quality. Awesome opportunity for hard working, well motivated foodie line cook warrior. Cabana/PR Cook- Full or part time Friday-Sunday Am shifts. Must be well organized, self motivated, clean, personable, ability to work without constant supervision, and produce an excellent product. Excellent opportunity for creative foodie with man food skills- smoking, grilling, proteins and grab and go food. Prep Cook- Full or part time. Must have excellent knife skills, ability to follow recipes and general knowledge of soups, sauces, dressings, light protein and vegetable fabrication. Heavy lifting required for stock rotation. Dishwashers- Full or part time experienced closer. Shifts run 3pm-11pm, and may run as late as 1AM on weekend large events. Duties include operating dish machine for china and silver, pot and pan scrubbing, general kitchen cleaning, trash removal and light prep work. Heavy lifting required.
