Need help fixing a Simple AC system

Hello! I have a garage that I have set up an outside AC unit that feeds air through a tube into the garage so that it's quiet. The unit has died and I need help with getting a new decent unit and setting it up, maybe even making it better!. It's something that you would have to see to understand.
