Shift Times: 5AM-1PM 1PM-9PM Job Responsibilities Seeking reliable and safety-conscious associates responsible for food production assembly activities, ensuring specification adherence are met while maintain food safety standards and productivity goals. Functions include: Assembles food components according to airline specifications, boarding check-sheets and assembly diagrams Keeps production areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handles various allergen products such as cooked pork, poultry, beef, fish, dairy, nuts Keeps production areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Complete activity logs (i.e. temperature, sanitizing, waste, equipment breakage logs) Comply with hygiene, jewelry and use of PPE requirements To Join our team, you must be able to: -Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). -Problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions. - Must have the ability to work under pressure. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Work overtime when available -Food Production in Refrigeration Facilities -Have a good attitude!
