The Friends of the New Cumberland Library is hosting a pre-owned book and media sale, Saturday June 19th, from 9 am to 3 pm in the Foundation House behind the library at One Benjamin Plaza, New Cumberland. Over 5,000 books, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, vinyl records and puzzles will be available. Most items priced at $1 or less. Magazines are free. This sale features a large collection of Civil War books and military history books. Also available is a treasure trove of lovely children's books as well as educational activity books to help keep kids learning this summer. Most children's books priced at 50 cents or less. All sale proceeds benefit the New Cumberland Library.
