Need car advice on Honda Accord

Honda Accord Repair. The Honda is a 2001 with about 165,000 miles. Looks like the head gasket needs replaced. Any opinions on an inexpensive way to get this accomplished? Should I go down that road? Please advise. Thank you so much.
