Description
I'm looking for Country Music Veterans (not the military type although that's OK too), preferably with a vocal contribution. As a country veteran I've chased that brass ring with success over the years so that's not my goal. Primarily I'd like to assemble sets to perform at our discretion, where and when we can. I also picture a tribute format, depending on the vocal ability gathered.
This is not a money gig, unless we actually make any, which is OK too. If travel, rehearsal, and associated costs are a factor, this isn't for you.
All appropriate instrumentation is open. Fiddle/mando, guitar (acoustic/electric), bass, steel. Vocalists M/F, lead, backup. I'm a guitarist/vocal, Size of the group is not a big issue because there's no pay to split. While this isn't for novices, first timers and newbies, you needn't be a master either. Competent and authentic will serve everyone.
Age isn't an issue, though commitment makes the job easier. Egos are ok, balanced by teamwork, reality, and results.
Thanks for taking the time to check this out. Get Happy, Stay Healthy.
