Install Air Conditioner Window Unit

I need to change out my air conditioner window unit to an updated model. This is for the attic suite of the home. I have already purchased the new unit which has arrived and ready to be installed. I'm looking to hire someone to do the change-out. As you can see in the pictures, the glass window itself has been completely removed and the unit is screwed to a piece of board in the window frame. It is possible the same board can be used, but it may require a new custom-cut board, which if that's required, I am hoping you would be able to provide a simple board to fit. I am looking to hire a reliable handyman who is available/interested in this fairly straightforward gig that shouldn't take more than 30-60 minutes. Located in Ladd's Addition in Southeast Portland. I am flexible for weekdays and weekends, although I am hoping to get this done asap.
