Mechanic/Gear Head/ Helping Hand NEEDED ASAP

As you can see my Cat Converter has been stolen I have a new one to replace it but can not get the remainders of the old one off for the life of me. I am looking for someone who can come remove the two parts for me. CASH in hand I am told the O2 sensor is still good so it you are able to get it out with out having to cut it even better. In the picture you can see a metal harness holding the pipe in.
