Hi! Looking for an independent landscaper that will transform my front yard into a drought friendly landscape so my HOA will leave me alone lol Home is currently rented and I live out of state. You’d be meeting FTF at the property with my tenant and including her input. On the day of the scheduled install, I would arrange to be there to see the work and pay cash. I would like quotes for two separate ideas- The first is for green turf in the largest section of the front AND the backyard and real drought friendly plants/ flowers along the walkway and in front of the garage spaces The other quote I’d like is for grass/sod in the largest section of the front yard AND the back yard (currently all just dirt, no pics shown) and then fixing/updating my automatic sprinkler system (shown in photo above ) to automatically turn on and off, And the drought friendly plants/flowers in the same other places It’s a very small compact yard- needs to be colorful and pretty for HOA, but very low maintenance for me and my tenants, and increases the value of my property. I would prefer someone who’s willing to throw creative ideas out there based on experience doing similar work. Please email a little about your availability and show photos of some of your work. Before's and afters are appreciated. Please have a valid contractors license number as I will need to submit your information to my HOA for approval prior to the work being done. I would like the estimate in writing and left with my tenants. This is because if you’re selected, I’d need to submit a copy of the estimate to the HOA with my application. Also, please only quote me for your labor and time, as I plan to purchase the materials myself, I really just need you to install it. Currently it is all bark being used, I would also like to salvage the bark to use with whatever plants we decide on and also for the backyard planter boxes as well. Feel free to keep the leftovers if you wanted it for future projects, otherwise we’d toss it. Thank you for your time! Katie
