Maintenance duties included but not limited to:
Perform routine landscape maintenance, general maintenance work, and ensure compliance with state law on the physical condition of the property.
Painting, mobile home repair and remodeling.
Monitor the condition and usage of utility connections and meters, where applicable.
Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience a plus.
5+ years in the maintenance field.
must have a valid CA drivers license!
