G7 Summit... wanna try to explain this one away?

A few days ago was the G7 summit where world leaders convened to discuss Green Energy ambitions and partake in some good old barbecue, drinking and casual conversation. Nothing weird about any of that, except they all took their masks off as soon as the cameras were no longer rolling... Biden included. Just 7 weeks ago the world was inundated with footage of the masked up queen sitting alone at her husband's funeral... but now she's good to chill with random strangers from around the globe, without the inbound and outbound quarantine periods required of everybody else I might add? Please... somebody tell me more about how this pandemic is not complete bullshit? I'd love to hear you begin to try to explain this one away.
