Work As A Subcontractor....Se Habla Espanol We Offer: ~Weekly paychecks ~Competitive pay based on experience ~Day time hours Monday-Sat with some night time hours available if preferred What we need: ~Patch work ~Tiling (to include demo, cutting, grouting, caulking) ~To be able to fill out a 1099 Qualifications: ~18yrs or older ~Hard worker ~Must know construction basics (measure, drill, cut tiles, patch & sand) ~Strength to lift up heavy materials, equipment, and/or appliances ~Must have handyman experience ~Willing to submit references upon request ~Keeps a clean working space ~Arrives to work on time ~Have your own basic hand tools
