Art collective Studio space available- Paragon building July 1st

We have a huge beautiful studio we would love to share with 1-2 more artists. Currently functioning as a textile, sculpture, leatherwork and music space with beautiful hard wood floors and a baby grande piano. We have been holding down the studio throughout the pandemic and now that things are shifting slowly our vision is to create a collective making space, skill share, open gallery and other small art/theater/sound events. Pre-covid we were the home of a queer cabaret/theater collective. The rent is $187/month (this includes all utilities) unless we decide to share with 4 folks in which case the monthly rent would around $150. The intention is to create a schedule so each artist has the studio to themselves at certain days/evenings throughout the week while one day a week or more if desired will be held as open studio for all to share, collaborate or invite others.
