Job Description: Opportunity to work with Colorado native swimming pool company with 23 years’ experience Servicing Denver / Metro properties including: North Denver, Boulder, Aurora and Broomfield areas. Willing to invest with potential employee in building an efficient service department. Responsibilities: New equipment installs ranging from, lights, pumps, filters, automation systems, heaters, etc. Manage team of 4-5 Maintenance Techs and 2 Service Technicians. Use diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and identify issues with pool equipment. Able to identify foreseeable issues or preventative maintenance needed. Qualifications: Strategic leader with track record of success in the Pool Industry Min of 5 years of management experience Min of 5 years of leadership in the swimming pool service and repair industry preferred Must have own tools. Winterization of Commercial and Residential pools a plus. Knowledge of large Commercial Heaters of up to 2 million BTU. Experience in operation and installation of Commercial/Residential Pentair, Raypak and Lochinvar Pool Pumps up to 15hp. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hours are flexible usually 7 am to 4 pm with a lunch break. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must understand pool chemistry and water balance. Must be able to lift 100 pounds. Job Type: Full-time Day-To-Day • Train and develop personnel on all required training programs • Establish the expectation of providing excellent customer service through personal example • Working knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electricity • Installation, troubleshooting and repair of gas and electrical heaters • Working knowledge of general plumbing hydraulics • Repair of motors, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing and galvanized plumbing-preferred plus
