Typical tasks include: Adhere to all Bath Fitter standards, policies and procedures for installations, and follow all safety procedures and protocols. Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers, respect their property and leave the work area clean. Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos, typically using company iPad. Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all necessary tools and job components. Attendance and punctuality is required REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education. 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square. Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Ability to submit to a background check and drug screen Basic plumbing knowledge preferred. Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.). Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects multiple times a day. Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
