Demolition Laborers / concrete sawing laborers

We are a commercial demolition and concrete cutting company looking to add 2-3 laborers who would be eager to learn and grow in the company. No experience is needed. Just willingness to work hard and learn. We have been looking for experienced individuals to join the crews but with no luck we have decided to take a different route. We would be willing to fully train and teach anyone who is hard working, reliable, sober, has their own vehicle for transportation, shows up to work on time, is able to problem solve, work 40 hours a week and importantly has a good attitude and works well with others. We have great crews and work all over the cities. Job sites change fast so location always varies. Most of the work is from Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, St. Paul, to Woodbury but we do go as far as 45 mile radius of Minneapolis. We offer two options for pay and those are payroll and LLC (for anyone who wants to work as a subcontractor). We do not offer cash payments and will not ever pay cash. Cash is not an option and there is NO exceptions. Start pay is depending on experience. If you have experience please provide the companies you have worked with.
