Wanted: Cashier, barista, grill cook, and/or prep cook. Come work with us at Bonnaroo 2021. We are running 2 breakfast cafes 24/7 for 6 days out at the farm in Manchester TN and we need some good people to join us. This festival usually pulls around 100,000 people, and becomes one of the largest cities in the state for a week. We’ll be the main coffee shops for all of those people! Details: Location- Manchester TN Work Dates- Aug 31-Sep 6 2021. Travel Dates- Aug 28-Sep 7. **There is some flexibility on travel dates, and some folks may be able to leave MN on Aug 30, arrive Aug 31.** Work includes- Anyone coming along will need to work at least one and maybe more of the following positions: Cashier, barista, grill cook (eggs, bacon, and sausage), drink and food expo, drink and food prep. This is not the most complicated stuff, but food service industry experience is helpful. Speed and quality are very important for these positions. Travel & Lodging: If you can, and want to drive down that would be preferable. We will have seats available in cars and vans going down and coming back. On the drive down, and on the drive back, we will stop overnight in Marion IL. The Wandering Mug will cover the cost of a hotel room (rooms may have to be shared). We will be camping at Bonnaroo, so you will need your own tent, or you will need to secure a spot in somebody else’s tent. There will be bathrooms and showers available. Compensation: We have a few options available: -Ticket Worker - Your payment is the admission to the festival, plus tips during your shifts. You only need to commit to working 3 shifts over the 6 days, leaving the rest of your time available for enjoying the festival and music. -Full Worker - Your payment is $15/hr plus tips. You’ll need to work 5-6 shifts, about 1 per day. -Shift Managers - We will need a few people to work as shift managers, as we will be open 24/7 we will need a person in charge at both locations 24/7. Other Thoughts: This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to come enjoy a music festival and get paid to do so. We are a really fun crew looking for some more people to join us not just this year, but at future events as well. We will need people who can work the graveyard shift, and those who can work the middle of the day, and everywhere in between.
