Description

Facility Maintenance Technician full time position. Must be reliable, self motivated with attention to detail and passion for creative problem solving. Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively perform essential upkeep tasks throughout the facility. Responsible for a wide variety of activities including cleaning, maintenance repairs, exterior landscaping/mowing/trimming, etc. to ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times. Other duties include trouble shooting equipment and systems, performing minor fixes throughout the property including painting. Must have consistent follow up and be able to work independently to achieve all maintenance and company objectives.
