A beautiful apartment complex in the Cincinnati area has an immediate opening for a qualified maintenance technician. The responsibilities for this position include turning apartment homes for new tenants, building and home repairs, rotating on call for emergency maintenance, and performing preventive maintenance throughout the community. We are looking for someone who has the ability to perform maintenance repairs in a timely manner. Applicants must be willing to rotate on-call duty on nights and weekends and must be willing to work as a team to ensure the happiness of our residents. Experience with apartment maintenance, plumbing, electric, or renovations is required. In addition to an excellent benefit package, we also offer paid time off after 90 days and PAID WEEKLY.
