What happened?.. Well not the no raise in 25 years, the 1099's, the abuse and negative atmosphere. Was actually he was having a usual chew out session with mike. He forgot to turn it off. Was throwing shit and yelling. I went outside and sat in my car for a half hour. Went to go back in and found all the doors locked. He locked me out. I left a note said ID see him in the a.m. next morning he insisted for some weird reason that I was to no longer use my bright cordless l.e.d. drop light, only his old dim, corded, burns you, can't see s*** light. I said that's dumb. He said get out of here, I don't need anything from you. 30 years of very humble pay, no pension, loyal, reputation building, ect. That's what it boiled down to. Pondering opening a small shop was wondering if there was any support in the form of people considering bringing their car to me for the same quality work I've Ben giving them for the last 30 years already? Emails would be great. Thanks Chris the mechanic.
