Looking for Rehearsal Space - Recommendations please

Help needed! I'm looking for a rehearsal space for a 4-5 piece band in Tacoma. Not being from the area originally, my knowledge base is lacking for contacts. If you own, or know a place that would meet the criteria (of course, we will pay, need it to be secure and clean, does not have to provide PA) please let me know any recommedations. PLEASE be sure to include as much information as possible, your help is greatly appreciated.
