MLL, Inc., a Commercial Concrete company, is currently accepting applications for a Concrete Foreman that has experience in building CDOT Structures, Inlets, Headwalls/Wingwalls, Etc. Job Requirements: Coordinate daily tasks, crews, deliveries, etc. for job sites and make necessary changes due to weather, supply and personnel. Customer service skills for working with inspectors, safety personnel, crew and vendors to convey construction details and other structural information needed at the job site. Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and work orders and delegate tasks accordingly to insure construction phases are completed on time. Strong leadership to resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and keep the project on task.
