Seeking LONG TERM Pet Friendly Rental Home

I've lived in Denver for 32 years, the last 11 years I have a rented an adorable dumpy little 1930 farmhouse in Lakewood near Sloan's Lake. My landlord is now selling to an investor who will build a typical multi unit pop up monstrosity on this spot. I'm in need of a house, preferably small, old is great (more character!) with a yard, prefer fenced but I am willing to add a fence for my doggies. I'd love off street parking and a place to park my older toyhauler and suburban. A garage or workshop/space would be fantastic to house my 2 pieces of sign equipment that I keep on hand. I am self employed, I've run and owned a sign business for 16 years (and worked in the sign industry all 32 yrs here). I am handy, can fix and repair (as I have been doing in my little rundown house for 11 years), maintain and upkeep my location. I am neat, organized, and have well mannered (and older) dogs who do not cause any amount of destruction in the least. I have a few friends, mostly older, I don't get company or have parties at my home. I'm low key and quiet and a good neighbor. I am currently paying 1500.00 including all utilities at my location, anything close to this (or less!) would be greatly appreciated but am willing to consider more. I'm not looking for newly remodeled, updated or fancy, I'm a "farm girl" at heart and far more practical than most! Feel free to contact me @ if you have or know of a small home I can rent.
