Hi, I'm a musician just starting out and I'm in the process of writing/ recording an EP (the DIY way). This might be a long shot but I'm currently living in an apartment which makes recording music a bit difficult since I'm always worried about bothering our neighbors. I'm also temporarily unemployed and looking for a job which means paying for something like studio time is not an option... This might be a long shot but I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to let me borrow their home or property they have access to to get this thing done. I really need space totally to myself so if possible, this would maybe be a situation where you are gone for the weekend. I'd be happy to pet/plant/house sit in exchange for being able to use the space. I have my own equipment and everything already. I'm on the NE DC line but would be willing to travel a bit for the right fit. If you're interested, please reach out! I'm also happy to meet in person or via Zoom first so you don't just have some stranger in your house.
