Raises and reviews are on a set schedule, first review in 3 months! -Weekly paychecks! -Schedule for a full time employee is generally 5 days a week for 8-11 hours each day, but some days may be longer. Part time positions are also available. Part time positions still require a full days work, just not as many days. If you are scheduled to work, you must be able to work the full day. -We will train and if you are looking for a new career, we have higher positions available for advancement! Opportunity for growth including Horticulturist, Irrigation Contractor and Sales positions available. We can and will train! - IRA with partial matching. - Paid time off. -We provide uniform shirts. Qualifications: - One to two years experience in the field or a similar labor intensive field is preferred. - Driving is an essential function of this job. In order to qualify for this position, you must have a valid Louisiana Driver's license. This does NOT mean a state issued ID. Must be a valid driver's license from Louisiana. You can check your license at this link: - Experience using an iPad (or equivalent) for navigation, email, taking and uploading pictures and other tasks. - Punctuality. Our crews start at 6:15am daily. We have a zero tolerance policy for tardiness or missed work days during the probationary period. -Must have a positive attitude! We want more than just hard workers. We want people who have a good attitude and can take direction. Again, being a hard worker is not enough. - You must have a cell phone that is on and charged each day and bring a charger with you to work. -We have a No Compete Clause. Absolute employees cannot cut grass, landscape or do work on the side that competes with the company. Please get a pen and paper and write our address down for when we call you.
