Position overview and location: Housekeepers are detail-oriented, efficient, professional and customer service-oriented individuals who will work both independently and as part of a team. We are currently hiring at Country Club Towers II/III, located at 1101 E. Bayaud Ave., Denver, CO 80209. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Ability to perform cleaning and janitorial duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass doors and windows, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, etc. Cleaning lobby and amenity floors, elevator lobbies and hallways and model and guest suite apartments Other duties include making morning coffee and restocking coffee supplies, as well as any other projects as assigned by supervisors Light to moderate lifting, working with numerous types of cleaning chemicals and solvents, etc. Benefits offered: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Matching 401(k) Paid time off Professional development assistance Proven experience as a professional cleaner or housekeeper Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working quickly without compromising quality Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents
