I am willing to pay someone $15./hour for 4 to 6 hours of cleaning a Townhome in Arvada. I prefer someone who has done cleaning previously since I am mostly interested in deep cleaning If you contact me you are mutually accepting this $15 / hour rate. This a one person job, please do not contact me with your business or if you cannot work alone or you need your buddy by your side. I need this soon. I require that you are honest, you must have integrity, strong enough to work for 4 hours and motivated to clean. Send me at least 2 sentences explaining your experience. I will supply the cleaning supplies unless there is some cleaner you prefer besides something with bleach. I prefer deep cleaning, that is why I am paying someone. Please do not respond if you do not know what deep cleaning is. You must be able to lift 25 lbs (vacuum cleaner) so you are capable of vacuuming the stairs as you will have to lift the vacuum cleaner as you go. I want the tile floors in the kitchen, dining, and baths ****deep cleaned,**** not just wiped. This will have to either be done with a rag or a "wet" mop I will supply both. If you have never cleaned a tile floor or you have never mopped a floor, please move on to the next ad. Base boards as necessary. 3.5 baths, toilets, sinks, 3 showers. The toilets must be cleaned in and out, I have cleaner and they are not excessively dirty but I like a "CLEAN" home. Vacuum all carpet Wipe down specific items of which I will designate using Windex and a rag email with your availability This is in Aravada by 64th Ave N. and Sheridan Blvd
