Crew members needed for triathlon event production

Crew members needed for setup of a fun local triathlon put on by BBSC Endurance sports, a local company based out of right here in Boulder. We are looking for smart hardworking people to join our team setting up for the 3 triathlons we put on at the Boulder Reservoir. You will need to be able to work hard and think on your feet. Dates are June 26th and 27th, July 23rd and 24th August 27th and 28th Setup Duties include: -Setting up the race site which entails repeated moving of 40lb objects in the exposed sun, walking 5 plus miles total and being on your feet a lot. -Setting up the race course, which entails, studying the course map beforehand and preparing signage then going out in a truck and staging the materials, measuring the course, laying out signage and cone(age). ----total time usually around 8 hours but could be more or less. Race day duties: -Wake up quite early, crew is expected on site by 4-5 am depending. -Suit up with radio and uniform -Finish setting up race site -Finish course setup -Take volunteers out onto course/direct them throughout transition -Monitor supply levels on course/race site of water, trash, electrolytes cups etc.. -Clean up course following last athlete -Help tear down and pack trailers -----All said and done another 8 hour day typically.
