Avenue Property Management Mission: Performs technical and mechanical work for the physical aspects of the buildings, units, exterior, amenities, and common areas of various properties in roving territory, comprised of mostly Single-Family Homes and small Multifamily Homes. Provide professional, courteous, reliable, and expedited service to residents and keep cost effectiveness in mind for property owners. We strive to provide the highest levels of customer service, and therefore your mission is also to be available for after-hour emergency repairs on a scheduled rotation. Outcomes: Complete assigned work order requests from resident with proper documentation, pictures, and notes, and diligently clocking in and out of work orders. Complete Make-Ready Process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-in’s by following “punch” list. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.  Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas. Complete preventative maintenance on properties by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. Competencies: Plumbing Electrical Carpentry HVAC Communication Tech Savvy Owns Personal Tools, has active drivers license, and smart phone.
