For the person who responded to my post with that’s too funny:
You can take dogs or cats into Mexico w/o a shot record. Mexico rarely requires anything anything which is why Mexico is where it is. United States does require shot records. I’m really sorry you think it’s funny but it isn’t. These poor animals are being over bred. Underfed and neglected. It’s all about the money. It’s mentalities like yours that ruin things for these situations.
