Looking for roommates for monthly rehearsal space. Our other space mates had to depart recently so we are looking for another band or solo drummer to share with. We have one of the nicer / larger rooms in the building, 24 hour keypad access, heat/AC, custom interior paint and lighting for good creativity vibes. Share would be between $150 and $250 per month depending on how many members, how much gear you have. Must be responsible: no heavy drinking / no hard drugs in the space / respectful of others' gear / mindful to keep the space secure at all times. Rent share is due on the first through Venmo.
