MarBorg Industries is looking for full-time dependable Co-Drivers who assists in the collection of Waste and Recyclable material on designated residential routes in Santa Barbara. We need someone with the ability to work well with the driver, and the willingness to support the activities of the Residential Waste Department. Responsibilities/ Qualifications: • Ride along with driver to help pickup refuse on route. • Ability to safely operate the garbage truck controls. • Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading and unloading. • Insures that routes are maintained and serviced properly. • Assume the responsibilities of the driver when the driver is not available. • Develop and maintain a professional demeanor with customers. • Valid Class A or B License. • Ensures that all safety guidelines are practiced. • Works in all types of weather conditions. • Team player who follows directions.
