Break Away Glass is looking for help with auto glass and residential glass installation. Job Requirements include, but are not limited to: > Assisting with auto glass preparation and installation – both in shop and mobile. Note that mobile jobs may be outside in varying weather conditions. > Assisting with residential glass installation – includes shower doors (bypass and heavy glass), mirrors, windows and some hardware installation. > Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and 100 pounds on occasion with help. > Position also requires being able to bend at waist and knees, twist, pull, push and have freedom of movement with upper and lower body. Job requires working and standing on hard surfaces for the majority of the shift. > Comply with all work safety protocols and procedures including safety while working with shop equipment and tools. > Must be able to keep and maintain a clean, tidy work area. During the summer months and into fall the work weeks will be between 35-40 hours. Starting pay is DOE with potential for raises as skills are learned and job performance expectations are met. Shop hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a half hour lunch break. We are a small company with a lot of work. We take pride in our work and care about our people.
