Jubitz is hiring a Cleaning Attendant in our Driver Services building! This position will be scheduled for 30 hrs/wk. $15.00/hr based on experience, plus cash incentives! Apply here: View ALL our job openings here: Maintain cleanliness of the Driver Services building, with a focus on driver showers, by performing a variety of janitorial duties, including but not limited to dusting furniture, washing windows, sweeping, mopping and waxing floors, and replenishing restroom supplies. Ensure building accessibility and professional appearance at all times by picking up trash, removing ice and snow from walkways, and keeping all walk areas free of safety hazards and debris. Responsible for the safe operation of a variety of cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, commercial washers and dryers, and tile grout cleaning machines, as well as and maneuvering shower carts containing towels and cleaning products of up to 50 pounds. Qualifications and Experience * One year of cleaning experience preferred. * Knowledge of various machines, including buffers, scrubbers, vacuum filter systems, and power snakes is preferred. * Knowledge of various types of chemicals, carpet cleaners, floor finishes, acids, chemical mixing, and hazardous materials handling. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals required. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole number, common fractions, and decimals is necessary. * Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
