You will be assisting with site demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, paving, and more. You must be willing to perform work zone cleanup, hand-grading backfill materials, and loading and unloading utility materials by hand. You must also be able to load and unload concrete forms and building materials by hand and assist the site Superintendent with project layout and grading wet concrete. Most importantly, you must be able to work as part of a team and pitch in where needed. You must also be able to perform labor duties associated with site demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete and paving. Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours when needed. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test and agree to comply with all company policies including the company’s drug-free workplace policy. Must have knowledge of basic hand tools, both manual and electrical. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to push/pull up to 75 pounds. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to follow directives. Must have knowledge of backfill/compaction.
