We offer competitive wages for our year-round work availability and have plenty of room for growth and opportunity! RESPONSIBILITIES Perform within the requirements of Work Site Safety. Arrive at the jobsite before the crew. Plan, supervise & perform jobsite activities to fully complete scope of work on time and within budget. Complete all work to Straight Line’s quality standards. Lead, manage, inspire and develop crew members. Communicate with customers, crew members, project managers & office staff. Document jobsite inspections, progress and change orders. Maintain a clean jobsite and well-stocked, orderly truck. Present a professional appearance and attitude. Additional duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS experience with composition, tile roofing, stone coat steel, standing seam and single ply; detail-oriented and is comfortable with outdoor construction; ability to work on ladders and roofs at extreme heights and temperatures; ability to lift heavy materials ranging from 50lbs. – 100lbs up & down ladders; must be drug-free and have reliable transportation to company yard; has a physical fitness level that will allow for quick movement, climbing, bending and lifting heavy loads; must have the motivation and positive attitude to learn and follow instructions from supervisors; has strong work ethic and desire to perform quality work; Communication and teamwork skills including an openness to receiving feedback from superiors; general knowledge of roofing procedures, techniques and specialties; the ability to SAFELY handle a variety of tools and roofing assignments is critical; the ability to establish and keep positive working relationships with peers, customers, and other contractors is essential; work cooperatively with a team to get the job done; delivering outstanding customer service to provide customers with a satisfying experience throughout the roofing process .COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place
