Run Furnace condensation tube outside Rear sidewalk deteriorating - remove broken cement and take it away Check Gutters on back porch and second floor back- clean out gutters and take pictures Secure electric meter conduit with clip Hot water pressure in kitchen sink too low Correct electric wires under garbage disposal - put loose wires inside disposal - take a picture Left GFI outlet open neutral ( may need replaced) Tighten & secure both outlets - Second floor front bedroom- door needs to open and close easily Third floor bathroom- toilet is loose. Replace GFI outlet Put a handle on the inside of the door Wrap shower head thread with white tape Chalk tub spout and handle
