Developer built a new house next door to me and poured new concrete along the property line. The pour was done very badly and there is a lot of concrete/gravel that poured over onto my side of the property line (see photos).
The concrete/gravel/dirt ranges from 1-to-14 inches deep along the property line.
The developer refuses to do anything about it and instead tried to cover it up with a thin layer of soil.
Before I can re-plant things along the property line, I need to get all of the overpoured concrete, gravel and dirt out of there.
I'm looking for estimates from someone who is willing to come in and break out the overpoured concrete and remove it, along with the gravel & dirt. Must remove & dispose of the material (e.g. to the city landfill).
