- Quality control for apartment cleans, make readies and paints - Attention to detail is required. It will be useful to have knowledge, including but not limited to these areas: apartment make readies/maintenance, interior painting, cleaning - Basic use of software such as Google Drive and Service Fusion (training provided) - Liaison between property maintenance technicians and the Diversified Inc. administration staff - Ability to communicate via phone calls, email, text messages and face to face contact - Must have reliable transportation - Hours are Monday-Friday - Must speak English. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred although not required
