- Must be reliable - Must be able to show up on time - Opportunity to learn new skills including welding and fabricating - Must be able to work well with other employees, but also be able to keep busy working by yourself - Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. - Will be working inside/ outside in all weather conditions - Good attention to detail - If you can not work a full 40 hours a week..
