Landscsping/weeds $20/hour cash at end of day

Need immediate help with pulling weeds from landscsping beds and removing a few dead bushes. Pay is $20/hour, but it needs to be working not slacking off at this rate. Minimum 4 hours, but probably more. Paymdd we not will be at the end of the day via cash app or PayPal.
